Bond Back Guarantee
Our bond back guarantee is valid till 72 hours from the time we finish our end of lease cleaning services. If your landlord or real estate agent is not satisfied with any corner of property then we’ll come back and fix that problem complimentary. And for this reclean service you have to just notify us with photographic evidence and forwarded email you’ve received from your real estate agent. Our representative will connect with you and avail the cleaners to rectify the issue free of charge.
Our bond cleaning guarantee includes the cleaning aspects of the bond which are mentioned in our quote and checklists. We don’t include any kind of responsibility for the damage done by tenant.
Our bond guarantee does not include Ceilings, Garage, walls, Grout, Mould and deep stains. We don’t guarantee for any kind of stain or mark on any surface or carpet that won’t come off by proper product or chemical.
Quotes and pricing
We give our best in preparing pocket-friendly quotes and try to manage it as per the client’s schedule. We promise to cater the most convenient and accurate pricing on our website. There is a thing one should consider that quote can be change as per inspection if the following condition meets:
- The condition of the property is not as expected or told.
- If the client made changes in the pre-committed requirements or entered them incorrectly.
If, the size or condition of rooms in the property, vary or not same as compared to the standard room specifications.
Payment
The client agreed to made payment before our service. We accept cash, master card or visa card. However, there will be an extra surcharge for credit card payments.
Payment via bank transfer, credit card or cash customer will be charged 10% GST.
A tax invoice will be given once the payment is done.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Do you want to cancel your booking? No worries, we’re here with the most convenient policies.
You just need to ensure that you give us 72 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation penalties.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking at a cost of 100$ if the following conditions are there:
- Health or safety issues are being faced by our cleaning team.
- If our team couldn’t made to be inside the property on tine due to some reasons like, no one is there to let us in or there is no other way to go in.
- In case, the property is not ready for the service. Reason can be like, property is messy enough to avoid access, still furnished, and tenants are still there or in process of moving.
- You haven’t notified us with 72 hours cancellation notice.
We reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee of $100 if the following conditions are there:
- We haven’t been given 72 hours rescheduling notice.
- You have asked more than one reschedule.
End of Lease Cleaning Service
We at Endofleasecleaning Melbourne offer professional cleaning services at affordable prices and standard package including rooms, bathroom, kitchen and laundry with hallways mentioned within our checklist over the website.
But sometimes you require additional services or exclusion of few services. In that case, there can be additional charges for extra services as we have customized packages also as per individual requirements. One can easily avail them utilizing our quotation form.
- Carpet steam cleaning
- Wall washing
- Blind/shutter deep cleaning
- Outside of Window washing
- Appliance interior deep cleaning including fridge/freezer and dishwasher
Areas and things we don’t cover within our cleaning checklist:
- Areas beyond our normal reach or inaccessible. For example, ceiling, ceiling fans, light fixtures, or windows.
- We don’t cover barbeques
- Gardens if not mentioned within our checklist.
We love to provide a key pickup/drop-off service from your real estate agent or landlord for an additional charge of $30.
Customer Responsibilities
Precautions are better than accidents!
It’s customer’s responsibility to tell us in advance if your property has something weird which can cause any problem to our cleaners’ health. You must tell us if any area of your property is slippery. It can ensure us to be cautious before start our job.
Safe Parking Slot for Us!
A customer must be aware that it’s his responsibility to avail parking for us. If free parking is not available, either in the street or in building compound, then customer should cover the cost of paid parking. After cleaning your property our cleaners will hand over you the receipt and you have to bear that cost entirely.
Additional Charges for Extra Service!
We know the fact that when moving occurs, some of the things or trashes left behind. So, in this case, if our cleaners have to collect that bin, then we’ll cost you extra cost for that.
Got something heavy?
If you’ve something heavy item and you want us to clean behind or under that then we don’t have any issue. We only require those items to be moved before we come and start cleaning. If anything is being moved before or after our bond cleaning service, it’ll be on your own risk.
We love to do our work in isolation!
To perform our services at its best, we love you to give us our space. We request you to leave your property to us and isolate the place. We only require an unobstructed access to property without any disturbance by anyone.
We don’t require your Equipment!
It’s so courteous you’re if you’re offering us your products. But, we are fully equipped with eco-friendly and best in market equipment and solutions. We don’t want to compromise with the products and the height of our cleaning services due to some non-caustic and non-toxic offered by you.
Leave the house empty during Inspection
An empty house will look clean. So, it’s a request to you that leave the house empty after we perform our end of lease cleaning service. It’ll help you to get your 100% bond back at the time of your real estate agent’s inspection.
